Letter to Members

Dear GBCTA Members,
Once again its time for us to get together and review the past year's happenings. We would like to invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, May 1St, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Elkana Ranch meeting room.
What you can expect:
. A summary of the group's activities Presentation of financial report
. Nomination and election of President, Secretary and/or Treasurer and Director. Positions are for 2-year terms and all members are eligible to run for office and vote.
. Sneak peak at upcoming projects
We are in the process of setting up a fundraising committee. If you would like to help out, please contact us.
We would also like to remind you that it is time to renew your membership. You can complete the enclosed form and bring your payment to the AGM, or mail it to the address on the form. We are also in a position now to issue receipts for donations as the GBCTA has been granted charitable status.
Please come out to support your local trails group. Your opinions are important to us We hope you will drop by for an hour or two.

Entrance is off the east section of Bracken Road, right by the bridge.  Drive past the little house to the end of the road.
